Description
Our Chicken Liquid Stock Concentrate is a rich savoury reduction of chicken bones and a mirepoix of vegetables, slow cooked to bring out the intense chicken flavour from the bones, balanced with the flavour of the vegetables.
HOW TO USE
- Use in the preparation of sauces, soups, stews, and casseroles.
- Dissolve the contents of a stock tub(24g) in 500 ml boiling water to make a good broth.
- Stir-fry 300 g of boiled rice without salt in a pan. add the contents of one stock tub(24 g) and mix until fully combined
